Were they making snap calls every street prior? If they were there is a good chance that you can bet more than you had planned. Were they hesitant to make a call on the last street? If this is the case you should consider making a more conservative bet. If your opponent is typically tight you shouldn’t bomb pots with a weak hand. If they are loose it makes no sense to bet small. Analyze the different aspects of a hand, be it the action or the board, and it will be easy to make extremely effective post flop bets.
